On Friday the 13th, witness the horrifying story of the Six Mile Wayfarer House performed by...puppets! In the early 19th century Charleston, SC, and Philadelphia, PA, were two of the oldest and most developed cities in the country. From fellowship during the revolution, to freed slaves migrating northward, to the haunted cobblestone “Philadelphia Street” in old Charleston, there are countless bits of shared history between these two sister cities. Their intertwining paths have many turns and one of them is “The Six Mile Wayfarer House,” which served as the center of operations for Lavinia Fisher, the country’s first female serial killer. This true story of murder and mystery is performed by the Elbow Ensemble featuring Sage Graham and Dave English. Free, donation requested. Event page >
